How to Maintain and Fix a Control Arm Bushing in the Front Suspension on 2004 Dodge Dakota?

First, remove the vehicle's control arm and safely mount it in a vise to service and replace the front control arm bushing. After that, remove the nut and washer from the control arm shaft and then put the bushing tool on to dislodge the old bushings. Before pressing the bushing, first put it in the control arm and over the shaft. Then, line up and secure the tool and press down to complete the installation. Later, connect the washer and nut to the shaft of the control arm and secure them with 167 Nm (130 ft. lbs.). Then, take the control arm out of the vise and place it back in the car.
