How to Properly Service a Muffler on 2004 Dodge Durango?

To service the muffler, hoist up the vehicle, take away the exhaust pipe and disconnect the muffler by the catalytic converter. Install the new muffler with good alignment then by affixing the exhaust pipe and tighten the clamp to 42 Nm. Before lowering of the vehicle and starting of the engine, check on contact and leaks.
