How to Maintain an Ambient Temperature Sensor on 2004 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

To maintain the Ambient temperature sensor, detach the negative cable of the battery and remove the front license plate bracket. Unscrew the sensor attached on the front fascia, cut its wire harness, and take it away. To install, reconnect the harness, reconnect the sensor and bracket then reconnect battery cable.
