How to Service and Repair Timing Covers on 2004 Jeep Liberty?

To repair the timing belt covers, remove the crankshaft damper and generator drive belt tensioner. Take out the front cover bolts, then the covers. Use Special Tool 6847 for the camshaft sprocket bolt. Install the rear cover, camshaft sprockets, and timing belt, tightening all fasteners appropriately.
