2005 Chrysler Crossfire Brake Line Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Service the Rear Brake Line on 2005 Chrysler Crossfire?
A: Before servicing the rear brake hose, raise and hold up your vehicle and take off the wheel and tire assembly. Release the hose from its link to the brake line, then pull it out from beneath the caliper. For the installation, connect the brake hose to the fitting on the brake line, feed it behind the shock and link it to the caliper. Replace the wheel and tire, allow the car to sit on all four wheels and start bleeding and refilling the brake system. Make sure not to get brake fluid on your car's paint, because it can be harmful.
