First, raise the front wiper arm until the superstructure and element are off the glass. The wiper arm hinge should be fully raised above its midpoint. Lightly depress the release tab and slide the superstructure away from the tip of the wiper arm, so that the pivot block comes apart from the hook at the wiper arm's end. Never allow the wiper arm to recoil alone onto the side of your car window, since this might harm the glass. Pull the hook off the wiper blade superstructure, take away the blade and carefully put the hook of the wiper arm back on the windshield glass. To install the wiper, put the arm up until you feel it click into its highest position. Connect the front wiper blade's tip to the hook on the wiper arm, making sure that the notch on the end of the wiper points your car's front fender side. Stick the hook of the wiper arm through where the wiper blade superstructure meets the pivot block, then move the hook to hold straight in. Bring up the pivot block until the hook is disengaged and the latch release tab snaps into place which you'll hear as a click. Gently take the wiper blade over the top of the windshield.
