How to Service an Axle Shaft Seal on 2005 Jeep Liberty?

First remove the axle shaft so that it can be serviced on the axle shaft seal. Remove the axle shaft seal from the axle tube by using a seal pick. Make sure that any burrs or old sealer is removed from the axle tube before installation. With the new seal, also coat the lip with an axle lubricant and install with Installer C-4198 and Handle C-4171. Then reinstall the axle shaft.
