How to Maintain the Oxygen Sensor on a 2.4L Engine on 2005 Jeep Wrangler?

In order to service the oxygen sensor in a 2.4L engine, it is necessary to have a cool engine. Lift up the vehicle and disconnect the O2S sensor wire then remove the sensor with a removable tool. Wipe the threads clean, fit in the new sensor with no additional anti-seize, screw-on 30 N.m tight and reconnect at the wire.
