  A: To work on the power brake booster, first remove the master cylinder. Release the vacuum hose from the booster valve, lift out the clip at the brake rod pin and slide the push rod off the pedal rod. Now, get rid of the nuts holding the booster in place and the gasket that links them to the panel in the dash. Slide the engine booster up into the car, tip it slightly and pull it out from the engine compartment. Installation starts with a new booster gasket, followed by positioning the booster properly on your dash panel. Insert a good amount of Mopar multi-mileage grease into the pedal pin, set the booster retaining nuts and tighten them to 39 Nm. Place the brake rod pin and clip back where they belong. Make sure the grommet holding the check valve is in good shape and if not, replace it, once done, connect the vacuum hose to where the check valve is installed on the booster. Once the master cylinder is in place with a new gasket and retaining nuts, use the recommended procedure to avoid any harm to your booster or master cylinder and fill and bleed your brake system.
