How to Service and Repair an Exhaust Manifold Crossover Pipe on 2006 Chrysler Pacifica?

The first step in servicing the exhaust manifold is to take off the bolts and nuts fastening the crossover pipe to both manifolds. Following the removal of the crossover pipe, throw out the old gaskets. When installing, start by putting a new gasket on the left manifold and then fit the crossover pipe to the manifold connections. After that, place a new gasket over the right exhaust manifold and install the bolts, tightening them to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.). After that, bring the nuts to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) and reinstall the coolant recovery container.
