Mark to be removed to place caps when properly assembled because they cannot be mixed. Install bearing shells at right angles. Crankshaft journal limits must not exceed 0.005 mm. Measure the clearance by plastigage, check bolts and check the torque caps. Dial indicator check side clearance, comparing the measurements to the specifications.
