  A: You can reach the air filter by opening the door on the housing just forward of the passenger door and under the instrument panel center stack. Pull the air filter door latch toward the back of your vehicle until it locks into place with the open stop and then pull the door down at a 90-degree angle to get it out of the HVAC housing. Stick your fingers into the air filter's opening and grip the filter tightly before pulling it down and out of the HVAC casing. For setup, point the particulate air filter labeled with "Airflow" and an arrow showing the air flow direction towards the middle of the car. Slide the filter straight up into the HVAC unit made for air filters so that the "Airflow Arrow" is correctly fitted. Put the air filter door in place on the bottom of the housing while the latch is against the open stop and then slide the latch to the front until it contacts the closed end on the door.
