How to Maintain a Blower Motor on 2006 Dodge Caravan?

First, take the rear HVAC housing off and set it on a workbench to work on the blower motor. Cut power to the rear blower motor by removing its HVAC wire connector and then remove the three screws that fasten the blower motor to the rear HVAC housing before you take out the motor. First, place the rear blower motor into the rear HVAC structure, add the three screws and tighten them until the torque meter reads 2 N.m (17 in. lbs.). Link the rear HVAC wire harness connector to the rear blower motor and put the rear HVAC housing back into place.
