  • Q: How to Remove and Install the Camshaft Position Sensor on the Right Cylinder Head on 2006 Dodge Ram 1500?
    A: In order to install the Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP), disconnection of the electrical connector and the removal of the mounting bolt are required. Rotate the sensor out, and inspect the O-ring. To install, wipe the hole, grease the O-ring, and screw the sensor in and have it even. Tighten the bolt to 12 N.m and re-connect electrical connector.
