How to Service a Sway Bar Link on 2006 Jeep Liberty?

First, get support under the vehicle and raise it. Then, take off the tire and wheel assembly to service the sway bar link. Afterward, take out the lower control arm bolt (2) for the sway bar link and then the upper bolt that holds the link to the sway bar (1). At first, put the sway bar link (2) in its place, insert the upper sway bar link bolt (2) into it and fit a washer, then snug the bolt to 136 Nm (100 ft. lbs.). After that, fit the lower sway bar link bolt (2) and washer to the lower control arm and tighten the nut to 115 Nm (85 ft. lbs.). Now, again install the wheel and tire assembly.
