To take off the steering wheel, make the front wheel straight, unscrew the negative cable of the battery, and wait 2minutes. Take the driver air bag out by unscrewing and disconnection of connectors. Next unattach the speed control wiring, loosen the steering wheel bolt, and then loosen the wheel with a puller.
