How to Remove an Exhaust Manifold on 2008 Dodge Caliber?

Before you can replace the exhaust manifold on a front-wheel drive vehicle, take the engine cover off first. After that, take off the negative cable from the battery and remove the bolts beneath the upper heat shield, allowing you to take away the upper heat shield. After disconnecting the exhaust pipe, take out the manifold's support bracket. Following this, get rid of the heat shield around the manifold and team aside the electrical cable that connects the oxygen sensor below the manifold. After that, take out the exhaust manifold retaining bolts and discard the gasket found beneath the manifold.
