How to Install a Blower Motor on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

The first step in installing the blower motor is to tie the wire harness connector to the motor. After that, slide the blower motor toward the rear while gently pulling the bottom part (3) of the instrument panel cover back to give it the needed space for the motor to fit into the HVAC housing (5). Twist the blower motor clockwise until it snaps into place and all the locking functions are engaged with the HVAC housing. After that, put in the screw (2) that holds the instrument panel cover to the instrument panel and make sure it's firm. Then, put in the side floor duct and the glove box. Now, put the negative terminal of the batter on the battery cable.
