Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery as your first step. After that, get under the instrument panel to remove the wire harness lead and connector from the blower motor. Take out the blower motor air intake duct inside the housing. Next, take of the screws holding the blower motor into the HVAC housing. To take out the blower motor, rotate it and tilt it as needed while it is still in the HVAC case.
