How to Service a Blend Door Actuator on 2008 Dodge Viper?

First, disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable to stop the air bag system and hold off for two minutes so the air bag system capacitor can discharge. The first action should be to remove the negative battery cable. After that, remove the instrument panel. Release the wire harness connector from the blend door actuator that sits on the top of the HVAC housing. After that, unscrew the blend door actuator from the housing and remove it from the vehicle.
