Begin the service of your rear blower motor by disconnecting and separating the negative battery cable. After that, remove the rear heater-A/C housing. It's important to remove the rear blower motor wire harness's connector which is for the rear heater-A/C. When the job is done, take out the three screws and extract the rear blower motor from the housing.
