How to Install a Heater Core in the Front on 2009 Dodge Journey?

Place the heater core (4) into the opening in the side of the air distribution housing (3) when installing the front heater core. When assembly for RHD models, link the air distribution housing to the HVAC housing (5). The HVAC housing flange should hold the heater core tubes at the front and they should be fixed with the screw (6) after tightening it to 1.2 Nm (10 in. lbs.). A new foam seal (1) should be installed only after making sure the flange's foam seal is undamaged and proper in shape. Then, put in the left side front floor duct. After replacing the heater core, always flush the system before closing it up. After that, fit the housing assembly onto the rooftop unit.
