How to Maintain the Headlight Switch on 2009 Dodge Ram 2500?

Before servicing the headlamp switch, remove the battery negative cable, let the system wait two minutes to discharge and then remove the headlamp switch cover. While work on the instrument panel, first remove the cluster bezel, turning it face down on a safe surface to save the instrument face from damage. After that, unplug the wire harness connector from the system behind the headlamp switch. Once complete, remove the three screws keeping the headlamp switch to the back of the cluster bezel and then take out the headlamp switch.
