Q: How to install a Throttle Body on 2009 Jeep Wrangler?
A: First, place a fresh intake manifold to throttle body gasket (2) and then attach four new j-nuts (1) to the throttle body. Tighten the throttle body bolts to the required specification; if you make them too tight, they might cause harm to the throttle body or intake manifold. After that, join the throttle body (1) with the intake manifold (2) and tighten the four bolts (4) with your hands. Improve the air and fuel mixture by connecting the throttle body (1) electrical connector (3). After removing the intake hose, tighten each of the four bolts on the throttle body by pair (left to right, then right to left) to 7.5 Nm, using a torque wrench. Put the clean air hose in place and close the clamps to a torque of 4 Nm (35 in. lbs.). Connect the negative battery cable and fasten the nut to 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.). In the end, open the scan tool, erase all the DTCs and conduct the ETC Relearn operation.
