Set the three bolts through the bracket and fasten them by hand into the studs in the engine cover without making them tight. After that, fit the two bracket bolts into the engine block and tighten them to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.) and tighten the three pump mounting bolts to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.).
