Ensure the damper bore and crankshaft nose are free of debris before you install the front crankshaft seal, for the sake of the crankshaft, damper or Special Tool 8512A. Set up your crankshaft with the front seal by using Seal Installer 8348 and Damper Installer 8512A. After that, install the vibration damper and then mount the radiator cooling fan and its shroud. Then, fit the upper radiator hose and the A/C compressor after that, tightening the fasteners to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.). After that, place the accessory drive belt and add coolant to the system. Connect the last cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
