If your vehicle comes with heated seats and you have removed the ashtray, replace the heated seat switches inside that ashtray, then attach the wire connectors 2 to the switches. After that, when you remove the lighter, slide the lighter assembly into the ashtray and connect wire harness connector 3 to the lighter. After that, push the ashtray assembly 1 all the way into the instrument panel until the green or black snap retainers click into place. Then, fit the gear shift center bezel onto the floor console 4, move the gear lever into Park and let the emergency brake go. Next, put back the negative battery cable securely.
