Install the right camshaft sprocket onto the camshaft and hold it with a 36 mm (1 7/16 in.) box end wrench as you tighten the bolt to 102 Nm (75 ft. lbs.) plus 90° turn. After that, fit the left camshaft sprocket with a fresh 255 mm (10 in.) bolt and use the wrench to stop the timing mark from moving as you tighten as before. Tighten the bolts that hold the upper radiator to 12 Nm (106 in. lbs.) after sprockets are secured, fit the grill closure panels and start the installation of the timing belt and tensioner. After that, set the front timing belt cover in place, secure the negative terminal cable and tighten the nut to 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.) and top up the cooling fluid. Operate the engine until all gauges indicate proper operation and make sure the cooling fluid level is adequate.
