  Take out the remote ground cable from the ground studFast chat connected to the left shock tower and use a ground cable insulator to isolate it. Remove all four nuts from the power brake vacuum booster that are attached to the dash panel which are accessible by looking beneath the steering column and under the pedal bracket, then push the booster forward to clear the dash and take it off the vehicle so it doesn't break apart. Attach the brake booster to the driver's dash panel and fasten it with an application of 29 Nm (250 inch lbs.) torque to each nut. Put lubriplate or similar material on the booster input rod surface touching the brake pedal pin, connect the two surfaces and attach the replacement retaining clip. If the servo is available, screw it to the mounting studs with two Nm (55 inch lbs.) nuts, secure it and link the vacuum hose and electrical connector. Put the Throttle Cable and, if you have one, the speed control cable back onto the Throttle Body assembly cam. Connect the ground cable of the remote to the ground stud on the left strut tower, properly tighten the holding nut, make sure the brake lamps work, adjust the brake lamp switch if needed and test the vehicle's brake and speed control functions on the road.

Screw on the two mounting nuts to 6 Nm (55 inch lbs.), install the electrical connector and attach the vacuum hose.
