To install, the Jeep should be parked on a flat surface, the chock wheels apply, the corner should be raised with a jack and then the frame should be placed on a stand. Loosen the wheel, wipe the bracket, brush rust off the threads and dab high temperature grease on sleeves and bores. Install the caliper and open each Brake Caliper Bolt by hand, evenly to the factory torque, wipe the head of each Brake Caliper Bolt, and ensure that all Brake Caliper Bolts are in place. Ensure that the Brake Caliper Bolt is properly secured to maintain optimal braking performance. Rotor should be rotated, the wheel fitted back, the car lowered, the pedal pumped and a test drive taken to ensure the car stops.
