  • Q: How to Service a Brake Master Cylinder on 2000 Dodge Dakota?
    A: Before servicing the brake master cylinder, remove the brake lines and the nuts on which it is mounted. Always bleed the brake master cylinder after you have disassembled it. After that, bolt the new brake master cylinder onto the booster's mounting studs, tighten all the mounting nuts till they read 18 Nm and link the brake lines once more, tightening them to 19 Nm. Make sure to fill and bleed the inner brake system.
