After that, take the evaporator unit out of the bottom half of the heater-A/C housing. During installation, put the evaporator in the upper part of the heater-A/C unit box, be sure the evaporator foam wrap is provided and assemble everything to securely fix the housing in place. After installing a new evaporator, pour 59 milliliters (2 fluid ounces) of the advised refrigerant oil into the air conditioning system.
