How to Service a Blower Motor Resistor on 2001 Dodge Neon?

Before even beginning the Blower Motor Resistor replacement, stand clear of those components that stay hot, like the motor and resistor and make sure not to turn the blower motor with the block still out. Pull out the windshield wipers and take off the cowl top screen in the beginning. After that, take out the resistor block wiring connector and then remove the entire block. Begin installation by inserting the new Blower Motor Resistor Block, connecting the wiring connector, mounting the cowl top screen and finally attaching the windshield wipers.
