How to Remove and Install a Clock Spring Assembly on 2001 Dodge Neon?

To take away the Clock Spring Assembly, place the wheels on the front, turn on the steering column and remove the battery. Take out required parts to reach the Clock Spring, unconnect the wiring and replace where defective. To install, make sure that there is an adequate alignment and connections and fit the air bag module and switches before replacing the battery.
