2003 Dodge Durango Blower Motor Resistor Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Maintain a Blower Motor Resistor on 2003 Dodge Durango?
A: Remember to separate the battery negative wire before touching the blower motor resistor. Under the passenger seat, unscrew both hex screws on the blower motor resistor, unplug the front blower motor resistor and carefully pop it out from the HVAC unit. Connect the front blower motor resistor to the wire harness connector, then install it into the HVAC unit in the right orientation. After that, install the two screws on the HVAC to a torque of 2 2 Nm (20 in. lbs) and, lastly, attach the battery negative cable.
