How to Maintain a Speed Sensor for Optimal Performance on 2003 Dodge Durango?

When servicing the Transmission Speed Sensor, first raise the vehicle and put a suitable pan beneath the transmission before starting. Slide the connector on the output speed sensor aside, unscrew the bolt holding the sensor to the transmission case and take out the output speed sensor. To install, replace the output speed sensor in the transmission case and fasten it with the bolt, setting the tightness to 11.9 Nm (105 in. lbs.). Remember to reattach the wiring connector to the output speed sensor, examine the transmission fluid level and add more fluid if it is low before bringing the vehicle down.
