How to service a Clock Spring on 2003 Jeep Wrangler?

In order to service the Clock Spring assembly, the airbag system is disabled by disconnecting the battery. Replace the Clock Spring, if faulty. Take off the driver airbag, steering wheel and shrouds. Disconnect wire harness connectors, remove the Clock Spring and put on a new one and make sure it is centered before reassembling.
