2004 Chrysler Pacifica A/C Switch Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Recalibrate the A/C Switch After Replacing an Actuator Motor or Control Module on 2004 Chrysler Pacifica?
A: Any time an actuator motor or the control module is changed, the heater-A/C control module should be recalibrated. Start by pressing the ignition key to the On position. Concurrently, click and hold the Power and Recirculation buttons on your heater-A/C control for five seconds; you will notice the Automatic Temperature Control heater-A/C control Delay and Recirculation graphics flash. It won't take long; as soon as you stop seeing the flashes, you have completed the calibration. If the vehicle's LEDs or graphics keep flashing after twenty seconds, that means a failure has been found and a Diagnostic Trouble Code was set. The flashing will keep happening until you finish the calibration or run the vehicle for about 13 kilometers (8 miles).
