2004 Chrysler Pacifica Blower Control Switches Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Service Blower Control Switches on 2004 Chrysler Pacifica?
A: Before servicing the blower motor switch, unplug the negative battery terminal. Lift the rear blower motor control panel carefully by sliding a fitting flush straight tool or trim stick around its edge to separate it from the rear center console. Pull the rear blower motor control knob away from the switch and then take the rear blower motor switch wire harness connector off. Loosen the two screws holding the switch to the rear control panel and pull the switch away from it. Put the rear blower motor switch inside the console cover and hold it while securing the two screws that join it to the bezel with about 2 Nm (17 in. lbs. of force). Link the blower motor switch wire harness connector to the switch, place the rear blower motor control knob in its hole and mount the rear blower motor control panel on the rear center console. Then, link the negative battery cable to its place.
