How to Replace an Evaporator in an A/C System on 2004 Chrysler Pacifica?

In order to substitute the A/C evaporator, take out the HVAC unit housing, unscrew heater core tubes, and get rid of the foam seal. Take off the expansion valve, unscrew distribution housing, remove blower motor harness, and remove expansion valve. Remove the evaporator, add refrigerant oil (where needed) and reattach parts making sure they are properly positioned and screwed.
