How to Service Blower Control Switches for the Rear Motor on 2005 Chrysler Pacifica?

Disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the rear floor console in order to service the rear blower motor switch. Removal of switch bezel, disconnection of wire harness and prying off of heated seat switches. Install the switches again, attach the harnesses and reconnect the console before reconnecting the battery cable.
