How to Service and Repair a Control Arm Bushing in the Lower Suspension Arm on 2004 Jeep Liberty?

To start servicing the lower suspension arm bushing, take off the lower suspension arm and put it in a vise. Add extreme pressure lubricant to the threaded sections of the tool to make it work well and last longer during changing it. Mount 8862-4 (the receiver), 8862-5 (the spacer) and either 8862-1 or 8862-2 (the driver) along with the 8839 threaded rod and the bearing and push out the bushing. At installation, use intense grease on the threaded sections of the tool again. Use the bearing with the threaded rod 8839 and the tools 8862-3, 8862-4 and 8862-5 to insert the lower suspension arm bushings into the lower suspension arm with the bushing in place. After that, take out the suspension arm from the vise and replace the lower suspension arm into its original location.
