2005 Dodge Caravan Blower Motor Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Maintain and Fix a Blower Motor on 2005 Dodge Caravan?
A: Remember to obey all the warning labels before you start working with or repairing the rear blower motor. Remove the rear HVAC housing and put it onto a workbench to work on it. Take out the wire harness from the rear blower motor and get rid of the three screws that secure it. Then, remove the blower motor from the outboard side of the rear HVAC housing. Place the rear blower motor into position inside the rear HVAC housing and attach it with the three screws, but ensure you tighten them to 2 N.m (17 in. lbs.). Fit the connector of the blower motor back on and put the rear HVAC housing in place once more.
