How to Maintain and Fix an Ignition Coil on 2005 Jeep Liberty?

Before begining to service and repair the ignition coil, disconnect the electrical connector at it's endpoint and remove all secondary wires. To take the coils out from the 2.4L engine, first remove the 4 coil mounting bolts and pull the coils out of the vehicle. During installation, fit the coil to your engine as well as the four bolts, following the required torque. After that, connect the additional cables and plug the electrical connector back into the corner of the coil. Next, replace the air cleaner tube and housing when everything is complete.
