How to Service and Repair the Ignition Lock Cylinder on 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

To fix the ignition switch, remove the negative battery cable. Remove the bezel using a trim removal tool. Insert the key, turn to ON and press release tab to remove lock cylinder. Realign by fitting it into the grooves of the housing and snap the bezel back to fit and connect the battery again.
