How to Maintain a Seat Heater Switch on 2006 Jeep Liberty?

To work on the heated seat switch, first cut off the negative cable from the battery. Usually, beside and pull apart the connector as soon as you have released the locking tab on the switch under the seat cushion. Gently rock the switch, tilted down, to pull it out of where it is mounted. For installation, hold the switch at different angles until the mounting socket is lined up and then plug in the heated seat switch connector. Attach the correct side shield for the seat cushion before ending by allowing the negative battery cable back into its place.
