How to Service a Brake Light Switch on 2007 Dodge Dakota?

In order to service the brake light switch, shut the supply restraint system by removing the battery negative cable, and waiting two minutes. Find the switch, unhook the harness, turn the housing and are the switch out. The plunger is self-adjusting, and once removed it should be replaced.
