  A: The first thing to do for installation is to wipe down the mounting surface of the booster. Now, set the booster on the mounting plate and screw in the booster mounting nuts to 18 ft. lbs. or 25 Nm. Place the booster assembly and mounting plate on the front cowl, then secure the nuts on the mounting plate to the front cowl, turning them 159 in. lbs. (18 Nm) in an X pattern. Connect the vacuum hose to the booster check valve and put in place the master cylinder. Apply Mopar multi-mileage grease to the brake pedal pin and bushing and then fit the booster push rod onto the pin, retaining it with the clip. Should your model have a clutch master cylinder, join it back to the pedal if it was removed. Afterward, check and fix the master cylinder fluid and bleed the front brakes.
