How to Remove and Replace a Piston and Connecting Rod on 2008 Dodge Viper?

Removal of engine, cylinder heads and oil pan is needed to replace the piston and connecting rod. Removed crankshaft oil scraper and oil pump pick-up tube. Do not stamp connecting rods. Check and indicate them as necessary, and remove bolts and push the assembly out, taking get care not to strike the crankshaft journals.
