How to Install a Blend Door Actuator on 2010 Jeep Liberty?

The actuator goes in the driver side air distribution housing and its shaft must line up with the door linkage; if not, you can adjust the actuator slightly to make it match. Secure both upper and lower blend door actuators to the mounting bracket with two screws at a tightness of 1.2 Nm (10 in lbs.). Carefully fasten the connector from the wire harness to the blend door actuator and if your vehicle offers one, put the silencer under the lower edge of the driver side instrument panel. After that, place the negative battery cable back and activate the Actuator Calibration function by using a scan tool.
